At Greenwood Management, we allow direct investments starting at under €10,000 into our already operational forestry and agriculture development projects. In very much the same way as traditional property development companies, this allows us to raise capital for our future projects. This structure has a dual purpose – it allows direct investment into large forestry and agricultural based projects that would otherwise be out of reach of most investors - whilst also providing returns in the medium term to our clients raised from the sale of forestry [and agricultural] crops grown on the project areas. It also allows the company to meet its longer term goals of establishing itself as a key player in the local markets.
